Raef Returns & Exchange Policy

We appreciate your support of RAEF — a brand built on Faith, Confidence, and Creative energy. Please review our return policy before placing your order:

🔸 Returns

Because many of our items are made-to-order or sold as limited pre-orders, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at raefstudiodept@gmail.com

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

• If approved, we’ll send you a replacement or issue store credit

🔄 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only (when inventory allows) on non-preorder items:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• You are responsible for return shipping costs

Pre-order items are not eligible for exchange due to custom production.

📨 Shipping Issues

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out.
